Product works, but takes more time to empty bowels than more ‘potent’ Dulcolax stimulant laxative. Takes longer to work, but I feel more comfortable with this known brand first of all, SennaKot, and that is is more ‘natural’ than Dulolax for eg. Which is a straight up chemical stimulant.Warning: do not overuse laxatives of any kind, even Macrogol powder laxatives. (Dulcolax type ones are the highest ‘risk’ tho) because can lead to long term DAMAGE of the GI Tract. Meaning: you can’t control your bowels anymore. Because the stimulants in particular work by contracting the muscles - which is why you feel abdominal pain and then finally able to open bowels. Be careful. Use infrequently.Drink 2L water a day - helps with chronic constipation and a infinite number of other things.

I don’t know what these are but they aren’t senokot. These give me awful stomach cramps with no results. I take senokot regularly and I know exactly what to expect. These just aren’t right. The writing on the foil is also not the same as senokot. The box was all bashed up when I received it too.

Perfect for me. Although gp gives me medication, it gives me stomach cramps. These, however, do the job well without pain. I usually take one at bedtime, and by the morning my system is working again! The biggest problem is reviewing these politely!! No problems with swallowing - as with all medicines, I have a little drink first, then swallow, as I have problems with a dry mouth. Would recommend - quick delivery too.

They do what they say on the label. I’ve used them for years and they work.

Great box to help with constipation. Works sometimes ith just one dose. A must for your medicine drawer.
