This camera is great where a wifi signal is either really low or not available. I have a couple of places at the back of the house where I wanted to keep secure but cannot get a wifi signal. As this uses a 4g lte sim you can place anywhere you can get a mobile signal. Will even be able to take away when travelling in the caravan.The build quality is very good and comes complete with a solar charger so you never lose power. Setting up using the app is very easy and once installed you can set up to receive notifications at different sensor levels. The picture quality is very clear and you can easily pan around to view all around. You get fittings to install both the camera and the solar panel. This is an ideal way to protect your property or maybe a car etc on the drive away from your house. We are using this on my bosses farm to monitor the entrance. I bought two different ones to try and immediately returned the other for having a built-in sim that was a no go for me. This one had a try sim already in, FREE 64GB micro usb card. It feels heavy in a good way, well built and picture quality is great (tried on the phone only but that was a plan) daytime and the night as well. The only little gripe is PIR range - ok, but not what would be enough for us - but I must admit that it may be that all cameras has same range (very difficult to find any detailed info on any of them at Amazon) or we just expect too much as distances are much longer as this is a farm. So it does easily pick up a movement as we tested it, but didn't pick up our pick-up :) while passing at about 10 meters... Integration with soft on the phone was easy enough to get through no problem. Battery keeps up with our constant peeking several times a day which is great as it is UK November. Installation was easy too as you even have templates for drilling holes if needed. We didn't as we consider ourselves professionals :))))))Would still defo consider buying another one!

I’m impressed to use this cooua security camera, it’s a wireless 2K outdoor camera that is easy to install and packed with features, its comes with 64 gb storage card and 4G sim card, including a rechargeable battery and solar panel that can last really long without needing to remove it to charging it. No matter where I want to instal it , the 4G can support anywhere around my house wifi not reached even in camping, It deliverng a high resolution and quality video and works imegies which I really like. I can control the camera features from my mobile phone.its really a good camera quality and I highly recomanded.

I bought this to keep an eye on my property that has no Internet access and poor mobile signal. I took a gamble and it really paid off.The camera is great. Built well and looks good. It is simple to install and set up. It took me about 25 min to put it up, set it up and be using it and most of that time was getting the ladders out to put it where I wanted.The trial period for the sim/Data is more than enough to get set up and test the unit. Despite where it is having poor mobile signal this unit has found it and has not missed a beat.You have to buy a data package for when your trial data runs out. I have gone for a data package offered by the company as it is a reasonable price. I went for the £13 a month option which is unlimited data and cloud storage of footage. This was simple to set up.I was a bit sceptical about how well the solar panel would work with charging the battery. It arrived with 72% battery by the end of the next day it was at 100% worked of the battery through the night. Dropped to 82% and by the time the light faded it was back at 100% and these were dull, overcast days so very little light but it still charged well.Would definitely recommend.

Another quality product from COOAU. I've got this to replace a camera from this company that had for a few years and had been good. The solar panel is good quality keeps the battery topped up well. Easy to connect via the app, the guide for drilling supplied as well. Excellent 4g signal outdoors, allowing access with no Wi-Fi coverage. There is an option for a cellular plan and come with a sim card installed. Would recommend this product. Messages to your phone of movement. Clear pictures and video.

I received this product really quickly. Well packaged and protected from accidental damage.The camera is to be placed at my mother’s house. After she had a fall on a path from the back door to the garage. We needed something that could function without WiFi.As I’ve used cameras from this make before, this was the go to option. Also with the app allowing you to share with other users, my brother and sister could access the images easily as well.The camera certainly has some weight to it, very substantial and very sturdy. Make sure you have securely attached it in place. Having a solar panel to charge it, you can place it virtually anywhere, also being able to rotate the Lens makes it very versatile. The images received are sharp and there is no lag.It’s given my siblings and I piece of mind whilst still keeping my mums independence the priority. I have used this make in the past and will use again in the future. Overall a very good buy!
