Quiet and Discreet
My wife said: Love this! I've been using it for awhile and I'm able to pump discreetly. The suction was strong enough to work well but not painful. The clean-up was easy, all of the parts disassemble for an easy wash and the battery lasted me long enough to get through a full pump.

Effective Pump with Some Trade-Offs
I finally got to use the Dr. Isla Hands-Free Breast Pump for the first time, and overall, I’m happy with how it works, though there are a few things to note.First off, it’s definitely a bit bulky in the bra and not discreet. You can easily tell something is in my bra when I’m wearing it, so it’s not something I’d feel comfortable wearing out in public. It’s also not completely silent—it’s not super loud, but the noise is noticeable, especially when you have company over. That said, it’s perfect for home use, which is what I primarily needed it for.The setup was easy—I had already washed all the parts (except the electrical component) in the dishwasher, so assembling it was straightforward. I pressed the M button to turn it on, left it in the default automatic mode, and got 2.5 oz before I had to stop because my baby woke up. The suction is really good and effective, and I love that the double-sealed flange creates a secure seal without any pain. One feature I appreciate is the small pour spout, which makes spilling milk much less likely. The pump also comes with flange sizes in 19mm and 24mm, as well as a super helpful nipple measurement card. Figuring out the right flange size has always been a challenge for me, so I loved having this included. The carry case is another great touch—it easily holds everything, making storage and transport convenient.Since it’s a single electric pump, I used it on my engorged side and paired it with a milk catcher on the other side, which worked really well. Despite its bulkiness and moderate noise level, the pump’s effectiveness and thoughtful design make it a solid choice. For the price, I’d say it’s a great option, especially if you’re looking for a reliable pump to use at home!

Hands free and quiet
I am new to breast-pumping but this device seems to do its job. I don't know why but I thought there would be 2 pumps. However, now I know it's unnecessary. It's a very quiet device and doesn't bother me when I do something else. I love that it is hands free.

just ok
Easy to put together and comes with three flanges. Works okay but only using as a backup. Not one that I would use primarily when on the go.

Only one pump
This is only one pump. I thought it came two in the bag, but not really, but I guess that since I'm having only one baby, this is just what I need and no more. I think the pump is very silent compared to other pumps that you feel like if you were connected to a hospital respirator or machine.

Convenient
It works okay, strong enough. What I like about it is the convenience. You can moving and do something else while pumping. And it runs quietly. So far so good. I like it.

Didn’t work for me
I was really excited to try this. We have a trip coming up that I’ll be missing a feed and hoped this would be my solution to not having to bring my plug in pump.Unfortunately, this didn’t work for me. I was fairly engorged and excitedly cleaned this and put it back together per the instructions.Cleaning and reassembling were very easy to do and understand. Mine only came with the 19mm and 24mm flanges, which according to the instructions were correct, but the item description mentions 3 different and that is incorrect. It also comes with a nipple measurement tool which I thought was extremely helpful for anyone who is pumping for the first time.Once I attached the pump, I turned it on and but it didn’t feel like anything was happening. I increased the suction and frequency and it still didn’t produce milk. Eventually after playing with it, it got to the point that it was hurting and it finally produced a teaspoon of milk after hand expressing with the pump going. However it never went into the catcher and stayed in the initial spot making a small mess when I finally gave up and took it off.I had really high hopes for this pump, but unfortunately it’s not for me.

Hands Free, Works Well.
I really appreciate the hands free feature of this breast pump, I can do my pumping and meanwhile work on other things that I need to do around the house. Move freely while pumping is so nice! Pump wise, I think this breast pump works well for me. I know the pump comes with 4 different mode, I am just using the Variable Frequency mode because when I pump, I want to pump out as much as possible. Noise wise, I think this pump is not bad. I am a stay at home mom, and I pump just at home. So I am not too concerned with the noise level. My baby didn't wake up when I pump on the side. Overall, I like this pump, I think it is very useful for a breast feeding mom. Yes, even you breast feed or plan to breast feed, you will still need to pump your milk out from time to time and this pump can get the job done!
