I could put this around my tree at Christmas, and have plenty of room to place gifts, or, but I have a huge ceramic Christmas Village I like to display, pieces of which I have been accumulating for many, many years. In the past I had been buying the fake snow (that looks like Ivory Flakes), but it was messy. This snow blanket will work great instead because it not only lets me display my entire village, but will not cause a mess at all. Afterwards, I can just roll it up and put it away.

I’ve been arranging my Christmas village on my brick fireplace for years and figured it was time to make it look actually snowy, so this is my first time trying out a fake snow blanket. It’s one big, folded (not rolled) sheet that looks and feels like a tightly woven, rather flattened out cotton ball. When handling it with my cracked fingers, it definitely snags on them, so I’d say it’s got some appropriate fuzziness to it. I look forward to cutting it to size and layering it as needed as I set up my Christmas village, and hopefully I can manage to make the whole scene look nice and not too clumsy.

I have a small ceramic village that my mom painted for me. I have been displayingwhite on a bed sheet. This will be perfect to display my little village at Christmas time.

This artificial snow is very soft and realistic. I love how easy it is to work with. This snow is a great addition to any holiday village.
