Having stomach issues I find this helps me a lot and definitely notice the difference when I don't use it.Put it this way, without it I get bunged up which can lead to all sorts of problems which I won't bore you with.I only take one sachet a day which is enough for me, the orange flavour is quite palatable.The only down side I find is that you can get quite windy a couple of hours after taking it but I would rather that than a blocked stomach.

I like it nice flavour easy to drink but no effect for me as if nothing happened ha ha i think its not effective for me i drink morning and evening but i felt more bloated i did not go to the toilet like what i am expected.

These drinks are ideal. They work well without pain or discomfort and are pleasant to drink. Makes everything feel quite natural. Very happy to use them

Seriously, I thought I had the entirety of the M25 at rush hour trying to fit its way betwixt my cheeks. Like Arnie attempting Shakespeare, it just wasn't happening.Then I came across this product, recommended by a similarily bunged up friend, and that was it. Like the division of Berlin post 1945, my toilet soon became what looked like a scene from a royal air force raid on Hamburg.Not only does this product work, it tastes great too, which is a shame because I can't keep drinking it as i'll just end up sharting all day, something that unfortunately (and I checked with HR) wouldn't excuse me from work.

As a long-term user of Regulan I was forced to switch to Fibogel as Regulan is no longer made. Fibogel doesn't dissolve as easily as Regulan and therefore doesn't go down quite as smoothly - it feels 'sandy' on the palate. On the positive side, Fibogel is readily available and it's cheaper than Regulan was (but shop around - Boots, for example, charge almost as much for 30 Fibogel as Amazon's best price for 60).Regulan contains a natural laxative so is usually safe for long-term use, but always check with your doctor if you find you need to use it for more than a few days in a row.UPDATE - December 2012. I'm very angry to see how the price of Fibogel has soared now Regulan is no longer available. In March I paid £7.98 for two packs of 30, delivered. Eight months later I've just had to pay £13.38 for exactly the same order. Those of who need this stuff are a captive audience. Whoever sets the prices are, in my opinion, a bunch of opportunist thieves.
