Best kit EVER.
I have done dozens of little room kits but this is my first from MINNICITY. Just opening the box and viewing the product, which I got yesterday, left me in awe. This is the most beautifully crafted kit I have ever seen. The lights WERE ALREADY ASSEMBLED!๐โค๏ธ๐โค๏ธ๐โค๏ธ. The paper cuts are on peel off sheets, and beautifully printed. The Manuel is awesome, great photo quality on quality glossy stock. Plus it comes with tweezers, a tube of glue, sticky tape and a tiny sandpaper. AND A ๐จ HAMMER ๐ for those hard fitting places. I canโt wait to get started!

This manufacturer makes really nice products
This was one of my first forays into miniature building, and it was a great project to start on. This particular manufacturer offers really nice projects: the wood pieces are thick enough not to break when handling, and they fit together tightly. I love the detail. The books that you make have bookcovers of actual books, even though no one will ever see most of the front covers; that kind of detail goes throughout the project. Definitely a cut above the rest.

If you like puzzles, try this
I loved every second of assembling, even when it was a little challenging. Maybe especially then.

Super cute book nook
I will amend this review once again. The seller sent me some new stickers but I've yet to try but in hopes that this will resolve the issue. So they are trying to make it right. I will keep my post updated as I try the new stickers.Oh my goodness this is going to be so fun to put together! This is my first one that I've bought from this particular company so I'm looking forward to it. Some of the pieces are a little bit more difficult to snap together, opposed to some others that I've tried. Get ready to assemble a lot of little books...Had to redo this review and take it from 4 to 2 stars.None of the stickers are sticking to the books, it's a disaster.

Extremely detailed, fun but can be tedious at times
This kit was a lot of fun to put together, but you will need patience. Itโs not something you can do in one sitting primarily because there are many items that need time for the glue to set before you can move on. The attention to detail is amazing. The instruction book is 48 full color pages long and walks through the exact order to assemble the kit. The wood cut outs are precision fit and snap together tightly. There was only one or two items that were too tight and I had to sand down the tabs with the included emery board. Some items are so thin, for example a picture frame, I thought for sure that there would be breakage, but I managed to only break one item that was easily glued into place to repair. By far, the biggest challenge was installing the handrail onto the spiral staircase. I had to walk away a couple of times before I finally got it wrap correctly. There are three sheets of clear plastic parts used for windows, chandeliers, and handrails that are covered with thin protective sheet you must remove before installing. I found that using my fingernail to peel off the covering worked best. I think there were some items that took me longer to remove the plastic covering than it took to assemble the item. The instructions are a key part of this kit and normally I wouldnโt remove a star because of instructions, but as thorough as the instructions are there are some items that are difficult to understand. There are eleven bookcases in the finished kit, six of them, the ones closest to the front, have individual books that are wood blocks with an adhesive book cover wrapped on each. The first one you build, the instructions indicate that you need 14 books per shelf X 3 shelves in a case. The next 5 cases with separate books, there is no instructions on how many books to put on a shelf. I ended up running out of books at the end so I winged it and left a blank spot and leaned a book over as if one had been removed. Thereโs also a bookcase ladder that I didnโt use because it was never called for. There are also two windows on the outside of the Book Nook with a clear plastic windowpane and frame for one but no mention of the second one in the instructions. I found the clear pane in the parts for the second window, but did not find a frame for it.Lastly, I ended up with a fair amount of spare and unused parts. There are some items that you can place freely, like the file boxes and extra desk lamp. Some are extra items in case you break or lose a small piece and some I decided not to use such as the teacups because they are much larger scale than the rest of the items. Then there are extra parts that I have no clue what they are or where they would go.

Absolutely love this project!
Absolutely loved this project. My 16-year-old granddaughter came to visit and decided that she wanted to give it a try and over the course of the week put it all together and I think it just turned out beautifully. Just the right amount of difficulty to occupy your time for an hour here or two hours there. Highly recommend this kit!

Small but nice
Be prepared to make a lot of books, 341 by my count, but they really look nice once they are assembled in the book cases. I really enjoyed building this one.
