Great cup

Nice but lid does not snap open or close
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The porcelain cup is what I needed. Other leading brands that are metal have burned my lips, or I cannot drink from them as they stay hot for too long which defeats the purpose. If I made a road trip I would use this mug for drinking and another one to keep the residual beverage hot for later use in the porcelain mug. Wish the lip opening would clip open or shut on top of mug like other brands. It would be 5 stars with that feature.

It definitely met my expectations until it chipped
Love love love the cup but first time I washed it the ceramic cracked and formed a hole inside it and now it collects liquids in between the double walled insulation. It's unusable because the liquid is a breeding ground for bacteria.

Great cup crappy lid
Three or four starsThe cup itself is great and everything I expected. The lid however, is so cheap that I always handle it very carefully, realizing that if I don’t, it won’t last that long.I thought about returning it, but I usually just use it for around the house anyways.

A perfect Sip
As someone who enjoys a good cup of coffee or tea, I’ve tried alot of mugs and tumblers to take to work. Recently, I made the switch to a ceramic mug because eve thought the stainless steel mugs kept my coffee warm for some time, they always altered the flavor of my coffee. This ceramic cup does a great job in preserving the taste of my coffee.

Love silicone grip and bottom, comfortable to drink from. Splash proof - NOT leak proof.
I love drinking my coffee out of a ceramic mug, but really wanted something that I could 1) use in the car (no handle, no splash), and 2) keep coffee hot moderately longer than a regular open top mug. This does fit the bill. I use it in the house, on the patio, and in the car. Doesn't keep the coffee hot for "hours", but it's perfect for my not-to-far work commute or for drinking coffee on the patio in the morning.
