I measured my leg, followed sizing directions perfectly and got a nicely designed brace that won't reach around my leg. It was 4 inches too narrow (small) in circumference. I had to ship it back (at my expense) and ask for the next size bigger. It cost me $20+ extra and took an additional 10 days before I had the right sized brace.
