Poor storyline Not worth paying for.
This was more like an amalgamation of several different previous Studio Ghibli films but not even half way as good as any of them.Plus without expanding on why events had happened it left the reader very much in the dark. The subtitles didn’t match very well with the with the voiceover and there was no choice to have the characters speaking in the original Japanese. If you really want to see it wait until 7 October when it is free on Netflix.

Enjoyable!
Although this isn't his finest piece of work, it is still worth a watch.I not sure it should have won the have BAFTA but it was worth a nomination, none the less. I think his name played a part in scoring that award, unfortunately.
