I have seen some bad reviews about this product about i have found it really good no issues.

It is delicious and as a rice lover I cannot compare it with that but it's healthy. I used to eat rice every day for years and now I have limited rice to once or twice a week and I eat Quinoa a couple of times a week. It's delicious if you don't think of it as a replacement. I started the gym a few months back and was looking for high protein foods and this is one of them so I gave it a try and to my surprise I liked it. It tastes better than most of the super foods that you generally don't eat every day.Give it a try, you might actually like it.

This is the first time I purchased this product....I was looking for a healthy breakfast or snack option then I came across quinoa and researched a lot about its benefits & nutritional value. 50 Gm quinoa gives almost 10gm protein + 35gm carbohydrate and the best part is it contain all the 9 essential amino acids which are the building blocks of protein. Amazing taste. I think quinoa is added to my diet till I die.

I've tried quinoa 3 years ago and stopped.Wanted to start again.. I'm eating quinoa half the quantity of rice I used to eat.. yet I feel full ! But not heavy! It's cooks fast and tastes good..Update: after consistently eating quinoa ... I developed saponin allergy and I can no longer consume this. My body is unable to digest it and I ended up vomiting couple of hours later. So I stopped it completely .. however , no such effect on my husband. So just a warning to someone who is in general sensitive to various things.
