This book is a must read; not only because of its teachings on habits, but the teachings of ideologies. Sir James surely has taken the hard road. How we, modern human beings, are programmed by Corporate companies and Governments, who use Habits as a weapon against us, by making their own Cues and Reward system.For example; Corporate companies now promote "Work from Home" culture to exploit employees "Happy at Home" reward system, by giving them extra loads of work; just because the employees not have to travel and they are at their beloved homes. Employees, adapt to this Work from Home culture, build habits around this new adapted culture, rather than going back to the office and build new healthy habits there, without taking the extra burden of works.Thus, people who have no care to build habits, should be warned. Because, if you don't build your own good habits system, other people, institutions etc. will do it for you. As a result; you will become their slave, sacrificing your health and time to grow them!And last but not least; this book is great to build up daily habits. While reading this book; I got the feeling that the problems that are affecting me, is because of me, my mind, my own habits. I used to blame others, the world, the whole universe for my fails.
