Very good Fan. Four years of heavy use with no issues.
Great fan, very attractive and completely reliable. I have other brands in my home as well and every one of them has died with these running strong the while time. They are a bit difficult to install due to the way the blades fit together but once I got everything lined up they worked flawlessly.

Quiet, attractive, smart / wifi, impressive 12" height, efficient
This is an excellent fan. Having installed about 50 fans, this one is harder than average, but it is worth it. The Modern Forms Morpheus III includes a hard-wired wall control which means you better know what you're doing or you should hire an electrician. When suspended from a flat ceiling using the enclosed downrod it measures 12" from ceiling to the bottom of the light. Quality fans like this are quiet and the 60" wingspan moves a lot of air on even the lower speeds (6 total). Modern Fans' phone app is a convenient way to control both the fan and the LED light. The light can be on anywhere from 0% - 100%. Highly recommended.

Please Don’t Waste Your Money
I never write reviews. Never. It takes something really compelling for me to do it. This fan is that. First of all, it is cheaply made. My new fan came well equipped with a number of manufacturing defects in both design and implementation. The original transmitter did not work. WAC support is hit or miss. They sent me another receiver, but I had to chase it down repeatedly. Weeks later I finally received it. The design is attractive but the wiring is an utter disaster. Even my electricians had serious issues with the wiring. Truly unacceptable. The materials are cheap. The down rod on my fan has been scratched because of how tight the installations (plural) have been and the fact that normal hardware does not work on this fan. So buyer beware of that. The rotation ball was scratched so badly it needed touch up paint. Are you kidding me? This fan costs how much? The app is a disaster. It crashes, the firmware constantly needs to be updated, pairing was a nightmare, fans disappear from the list auto-magically, just so so bad. Wireless discovery was equally terrible. Nice idea, needs so so much work. I have 5 Modern Forms fans in my house and One BAF Haiku. These two things are not alike! The BAF implementation and design is far far superior. If you’re going to spend this much on a fan buy a Haiku 10/10 times you have the choice to do it. It’s not even a close comparison. Every single one of my MF fans jitters and rattles beyond level 2 or 3. The air flow on every one of these fans pales in comparison to both the Haiku and every single Minka Aire fan I replaced with a MF fan. Avoid this brand at all cost. That’s my opinion. What a terrible waste of time and money.

Great fan - instruction manual could use some work
There are a lot of steps to installing this fan - even before you connect the power. We got through that process (the manual is a little light on detail) and hung the fan in a cathedral ceiling. The manufacturer did think ahead to provide lots of length for the electrical and control wires for the extra long downtube we needed. The downtube mechanical connection is a standard size, so we were able to reuse the downtube from the 30 year old fan being replaced. We connected the multiple power and controller wires to house power and the fan controller that is installed in the ceiling hanger. Everything worked after restoring house power, so we turned it back off and buttoned things up. Then nothing worked. After 4 trips to the breaker box to recheck all of the electrical connections, still nothing. The troubleshooting section of the manual includes two different ways to re-pair the wall controller with the fan. The second one worked (we think). It may also have been pressing a reset button on the receiver box high in the ceiling connection that fixed things. I hope that's not what fixed it because if the controller fails again, that means getting out a ladder and opening the ceiling dome cover. We were pretty frustrated by then, so were happy enough to let things be.Connecting the fan to my Smartthings system required first using the Modern Forms app on my phone to add the fan to my home WiFi. Pretty typical for WiFi devices - I usually prefer Z-Wave or Zigbee devices for a simpler setup. Now that Smartthings controls the fan and light, they can be controlled with time of day Smartthings automations, or Amazon Alexa / Google Home voice commands (yes, we have both...)We love the fan's high-tech look. It works well with our Scandinavian furniture. In operation, the fan is extremely smooth and quiet - even at higher speeds. The light is very bright when needed. Brightness is easily adjusted from the wall or via voice command with percentages. "Alexa Bedroom Overhead Light to 50% please."Would I buy this fan again? Yes.

Fantastic and quiet fan
From the photo the fan blades look like wood, up close, they are plastic. From a distance when mounted they look nice.Controls: This fan is silent and amazing. Made a major difference in our Master Bedroom.Cons: If you have two switch's on the wall (Power and one for fan), if you understand 120v, you have to make a few changes for it to work as a single switch.Highly recommend to hire an electrician to install. It's a PITA.Once installed, it's amazing. Make sure you purchase the down rod, doesn't come with one.

It is working well so far but the installation is not easy.
Especially installation guide in the box has some problems. Some parts in the guide are wrong or hard to understand.Installation videos in YOUTUBE are more helpful and clearer than the guide. It is working well but some parts don't fit perfectly each other. It is my first ceiling fan for Patio so I have not experienced other brands to install, but anyway I don't think it is best.

Great Customer sService
This fan is pretty simple to install. I don't want to mislead, installing a ceiling fan is not exactly easy, but as far as ceiling fan installations go, this one was straight forward. I had a problem shportly after installing and the customer service was GREAT! they reset the wifi remotely and talked me through my issue (which ended up being (2) screws I forgot tpo tighten during install. The agent was ready to assist with a new unit if the trouble shooting didn't work, but thankfully it was an easy fix.
