Product is good quality but very poor customer service
The basket is built well and the overall quality is good. However, only 1/3 of the hardware needed to install it on my quad was in the box and it was just thrown in, loose, bouncing around everywhere. I called customer service and they told me they would check with the manufacture as it shipped directly from then and "Rick" assured me he'd call me back with some sort of disposition or resolution. Been 2 weeks, no return phone call, nothing to remedy my situation. Just went to Home Depot and spent $16.00 on u-brackets, washers, and nuts. What a disappointment.
