Good, for a start.
So this protein is nice yes, good for the price. Mixing you need a blender unless you like bits but for the value it's common with cheaper brands. Will use for home use only and not out and about but got other brands for that. But all round good at the price of £17 any higher and wouldn't purchase.

Best way to mix it?
On my 3rd lot of these now but can’t seem to get the powder to mix up well enough, have a beaker with the metal spiral thing in it but the powder always gets stuck in it.

Packaging is abit annoying when closing but overall it's really good.

Tasty, will buy again!
Good taste, bag works well too. Only downside is it works better with a blender than with a shaker.

Best banana flavour I have found

The banana flavour is sweet and a little artificial-tasting, but it's palatable and nutritious.
My hubs has to maintain a lifelong high protein, low sugar diet for health reasons following an operation and has been adding unflavoured whey powder to smoothies, breakfasts and yoghurts. He was pleased to try this out in a milkshake, and is NOT intending to use it post work outs, simply to boost his protein levels and prevent muscle deterioration. He tried this in a smoothie shaker/blender thing, but the powder didn't dissolve smoothly, so he stuck a hand-held blender in and got a watery but palatable drink. He did take ages to drink it, and it seemed to thicken slightly the longer he left it. Though there's no added sugar, this was quite sweet, so I don't think he'd try the other flavours such as caramel, chocolate, mango or strawberry. He's also been having trouble stomaching various foods post-surgery, and has had unpleasant exit episodes pretty soon after trying new foods/drinks, but he's tolerated this well.It is quite expensive given that it's an own-brand item, compared to fit-for-purpose/specialist brands that our son uses for post-gym work outs, but if he tolerates it better than some of those he's tried, then it'll be worth the purchase. I will update the review at intervals.Update 8/11/18 - so hubs and I have tried banana, mint chocolate and cinnamon danish and as a result, I've upped the rating. Hubs has tolerated all flavours fine and seems to have more energy and I do think he's stronger for using this brand of protein drinks. Out of the 3, the cinnamon danish is the most palatable, and seems a tiny bit thicker than the other versions, so this is going to be a regular purchase. He's used the drinks alone as a top-up during the day, but also as a base for his cereal, and there's been no adverse reactions. Good item to have discovered.
