Kids Lunch Box, Hometall Bento Box for Kids with Spoon, BPA-Free, Leakproof 5 Compartments Food Container Great for School, Picnics, Travel and More(BLue)

 My six year old is the one who uses this. It is perfect. For starters there are only two pieces, so I'm not looking for missing lids or resorting to plastic baggies (doing my part to reduce the amount of garbage put out there). I just grab these two and pack. Another is it is very easy to clean. You take the white insert out and it goes in the dishwasher and hand wash the outer case. Most days it's easy to clean with a wipe down, if it was greasy, then it takes a little longer (as with anything greasy).When I first opened it up, it was very difficult! We used needle nose pliers to pull the insert out. My other half strong armed the case to open. I thought that there was no way possible my 6 year old could open this. But after that initial opening, it was easy. Though I will say when closing it be sure to push it down a little bit with force, as I thought the clamps were loose, but I wasn't closing it all the way. But this Bento Box is so well built that it never popped open or leaked, even with me not closing it properly. The measurements for the case are in pictures I posted, but they are kind of approximate, as the case is rounded at the edges. It measures at 8x6x2.5 inches. I post pics of the dimensions of each compartment as well. The smallest one holds an individual bag of gummies. The two edge compartments holds 5 oz each. The compartment above the smallest one holds 2 fig cookies or crackers. The larger one you can play with it. Put fruit and a sandwich or fruit and a chunk of cheese, just enough room to mix it up a bit. In the pic with the food in it, I had shredded chicken with an herb and olive oil dressing on it. That usually would leak from the other containers I used. So, naturally I was nervous, but it did not leak all over his lunch box. Whew! As you can see from the pic, it holds a bit of food. This one was 10 oz of chicken, a cutie, a pack of gummies, crackers, goat cheese, strawberries and grapes. It also came with a grey spork, good quality and dishwasher safe. There is no pic as my child promptly lost it at school. Haha. Boys.

 It’s pretty much identical to the more expensive bentgo boxes and $10 cheaper which is awesome! No issues with my son opening or closing it, works great at his preschool.

 Nice size for child’s lunch. Has different compartments that seal off away from each other. Perfect for keeping moist and dry food separate. Excited or my daughter to use it Monday morning!

I barely wrote feedback for products in Amazon but this bento box is really a game changer for their lunch time.Similar products cost more than 30$ in Walmart but this one has a very better cost-performance ratio. It was made by thick ABS style plastic, and looks durable. There are rubber edges on the outer box for sealing and fits the inner tray perfectly. The inner tray is microwave- and dishwasher-safe, I took out the inner tray to dishwasher last night.I have used twice over the weekend. I prepared a bunch of fruits for the children in the morning while we spent two hours on the car. They (~4 years old) can open and handle the tray by themselves. This afternoon I prepared a lunch using the box. Surprisingly, the "puzzle-style" look was very interesting to them and they like it so much better than the Thermos lunch cup. It made the lunch time for them so easy.

My son goes to a pre preschool program which serves the children (parent provided) lunch before pick up. My toddler is a very picky eater, in what he eats and he likes everything separate and not touching. I thought this would be the perfect container to send him with a variety of items for lunch to maybe make him want to try some new things but keep him in comfort knowing that nothing is "contaminated" lolThe box is really easy to open and close the compartment on the inside comes out all the way to make washing nice and easy. The outer shell itself is very durable. The inside of the shell is lined in rubber over each compartment so that the container can be knocked around and nothing spills into the next compartment.It's a great size as well. The compartments kind of take in to account portion control, so they would still be good for an older child or maybe even someone who's looking to watch what they eat.I would really recommend this product to other parents.

Love the different sizes I use this for snacks for my toddler and i on the go like hummus and veggies or fruits and yogurt. It’s nice to be able to put something like hummus/yogurt without and leaks/spills inside or out because the seals are set up really well. Good for parent to use on the go with kids or an older child because it seals so well a young child may not open/close it correctly or with ease. For me I love knowing the food isn’t budging in its spot and it stays really nicely and cool!! Easy to wash the insert in the dish washer too! Mom win!

I like the partition in the box as it is very useful to fill in different type of stuffs.Box is very sturdy.Good quality material.

It's a good sized bento box for my kid as she is preparing to enter kindergarten this year. We've been trying out different bento boxes and this one by far is the easiest one for her little hands to handle. It's easy to open and light weight. I particularly love the different compartments which makes it easy to portion size her meal with different type of food. It is also easy to clean. It can be used in the dish washer (and in a microwave), which is a big plus in our household! I will recommend this one to my friends as well. Great buy!
