We use this for various dishes and last minute recipes several times a month! Easy to make in microwave or on stovetop. Throw the slabs in on top of some meat and veggies, etc, cover on low heat for a few minutes and it's good to go. Great texture and taste. There are so many ways to use this. Delicious, great quality, and easy! One bag is literally never enough in our house. We use 4 small bags or 2 family size.

These are great in a pinch when you want something quick and the flavor was okay, but didn't give me a great "this is really good Tikka Masala" impression.
