Pop Up Pod - Privacy Shower Tent, Dressing Room, or Portable Toilet Stall with Carry Bag for Camping, Beach, or Tailgate by Wakeman Outdoors

I bought this to go with a camping shower for a week long field training exercise. It worked out great for the purpose of taking a shower for my crew. The instructions to fold it back up was terrible, but after watching some YouTube videos, it was pretty easy to get back into the bag. The only downsides were I had to cut a hole in the top for the shower bag and there were no pockets to hold anything inside the tent.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Throw it into the air and wallah- it assembles itself! No need to install poles etc., just open it up and place it. Basically zero hassle. Very pleased with assembly and the product seems to be of decent quality.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:In all candor, I picked it because it was cheap and would arrive next-day. That said, it also looked well made for the price.It is in fact better constructed beyond reasonable expectation for an only ~$30 item.The floor is detachable, which wasn't clear from the pictures.All surfaces look rainproofed, and It is lacking any screen vents. That will probably make it steamy as a shower (good in cold, not so good in hot weather), and in need of airing out if used as a privy. Not deal-breakers but definitely something to be aware of. Might be a plus as a changing booth.Lacking dedicated interior loops to hang a soap bag, tp, hand sanitizer, etc. Expect to put those on the ground. The door loops might work for that, if stuff isn't too heavy.The bad thing that probably applies to most if not all of this kind of structure, not just this one or brand, though is that there is nowhere to attach, nor could it support the weight of, a shower bag. Probably not even a good idea to try to stop a stumble by grabbing a handful of it. So find a shower thing that goes on the ground and uses a hand or battery pump.

Purchased for my Granddaughter - The size, weight, durability and functionality is perfect. Very easy to set up.... my girl felt like a big dancer having her own changing room!!!

The media could not be loaded. I'm giving this 3 stars because I bought it for $16It does bring stakes and ropes but nothing to tie the ropes to? Which means, the wind is enemy #1(see my picture). It kind of defeats the purpose of having one if it's flopped over all the time. An adult would probably be able to hold it up WHILE showering if you're an octopus but for my toddlers it was a scary ordeal. Pro: even though the wind was high enough to fold it over, it never flew away. I'm attributing that to hubby staking skills.Enemy #2 didn't realize until we went out and had to use it at night. If you have a light inside the shower and it is dark outside, it is almost see through. Not really private at all.There are also no hooks on the inside to hang a shower head (we have a camping one with a small lightweight tube)We haven't tried it in the summer yet but using hot water and a bucket method turned it into a mini sauna. A great thing in the winter but not sure in the summer.It is tall enough for my 6'4" hubby and all sides are covered. We like that it brings a floor separate and let us decide if we need it. Folding it depends on who is doing it.We will see on durability because after one trip, the zippers giving me serious doubts.All in all for $16 and not windy conditions pretty good

The item was exactly as pictured. It was easy to set up and it was easy to fold down. It comes with a separate floor that you can set the little tent on top of which makes it a very clean little space. My only issue with this tent, is that the zipper stops at about my chin requiring a considerable duck to get through the door. My intention was to use this tent for privacy tent on camping trips with myself and my 83-year-old sister. I needed a solution that didn't require that much bending. Otherwise it was a great tent and well made and easy to use!

Very easy to pop up and take down. Instructions were very simple. Very spacious, my 6 foot tall boyfriend can stand up it in without being cramped! Only reason I took off a star was the floor is not attached, but that might a good thing as it will be easier to clean.
