What is the awful taste of the coating? It tastes like getting your mouth washed out with soap. I have to take a big drink and swallow it fast, but still you can taste soap. I believe the manufacturer could easily improve the taste of the coating. I looked at numerous other brands of vitamins for the best multiple ingredients and found this to be the best full range of ingredients for me. So I will man-up with the soap taste and still give it 5 stars.

I took Centrum for years and when I went to order I got sidetracked as I usually do and found these. Seems like everything in these pills has higher daily requirements than centrum. Could be my imagination but after taking them for a month I seem to feel better. Word of caution if you have trouble taking pills these are really big.

A great comprehensive list of ingredients. I take the men's, my wife takes the women's. We have had good yearly checkups with our Primary care doctors for the past 7 years or more.

Great vitamin, doesn’t cause upset stomach, easy to swallow. Makes you feel alive and awake.

So far, so good. Finally took the leap to go with natural multi vitamins. They smell different (than they counterparts), are large but easy to swallow. They definitely changed the color of my urine to a bright neon yellow but I am told that it's nothing to worry about! I will see in a few moths if they are worth the extra money.
