This foot massager does exactly what it has to do. Feels very good after a long work day especially great for people who are on their feet. It compresses tight, then releases and it also has balls that deeply massage into your foot. After 20-25 minutes massage session the machine shuts off on it's own. I do not feel a lot of heat from it as it claims but what I mostly care about is the deep massage which it definitely does and does very well. I highly recommend this product. I will rebuy this product again and it also makes a great birthday/holiday gift. Worth the money!

In any case, I’d still recommend - it does its job very well and feels great to use.The original reviewI purchased this foot massager on February, and after less than two months of occasional use, it has already stopped working. One of the control buttons collapsed inward after a light press — first partially, then completely. Following that, none of the buttons responded, and the entire device stopped functioning.I carefully disassembled the top cover to inspect the issue. The button assembly appears to be very poorly secured — it easily slips out of position with minimal pressure. The design makes it extremely difficult to reassemble correctly, and two out of three mounting points had stripped threads.This seems to be either a manufacturing defect or a serious flaw in design. A product like this should not fail so quickly under normal use.

Both my wife and i use this item to soothe our feet and it works wonderfully; not only are our feet soothed, but it has the effect of relaxing our entire body. It’s perfect after and tiring and stressful day.

Excellent foot massager! First off, some of the complaints about it massaging too hard. There are 2 settings, high and low. I personally prefer more tension, the ones complaining should turn it on low. The bottom foot massage is to die for. I never want to remove my feet from this machine. This is a great machine for the money! If you don’t like it, you can always return it, although I don’t think you will. Oh, forgot to mention the heat button! I would like it hotter, but it is a nice warm heat mixed in with the masssaging along with the air (bag) pressure that applies pressure on the top of the foot. I’m so glad I bought this. You should too if you’re on your feet all day. You won’t regret it!

I can't figure out how to reach support so hopefully this review will reach them. I've had this foot massager for nine months and today it just completely stopped working. There doesn't seem to be a way to troubleshoot it so hopefully someone can help me or the company can replace this. It's a nice foot massager for the price, it does the job. But it shouldn't die after nine months.

This product is amazing. I work 12 hour shifts and my feet hurt afterward until I got this. I try to use it every day for the 15 min, it automatically shuts off and you can restart if you want. I definitely use it after every shift before I go to sleep. There's reflexology, a heat option and compression. It's a game changer.If you're thinking about it, do it.

I am not sure if it’s a 4 or a 5. The product works great. The only issue is it hurts my toes sometimes. I cannot confirm it’s the product, cuz I haven’t heard it from others using the product. But even with that, I still love using it and it does the job. Would recommend it. It’s easy to use. I would prefer more pressure but that’s just me.
