Positive:The product is excellent. I’ve been using Voltas ACs for the past 10 years for my business, and they’ve always performed well—no complaints there. Regarding installation, once I raised the request, the team arrived the very next day and completed the installation promptly, which was impressive.Negative:While placing the order, I also opted for Amazon’s installation service, which turned out to be a disappointment. The technician never showed up, which was frustrating. Eventually, I had to cancel the Amazon installation and go with the brand’s service directly.Voltas charged me ₹1,770 for installation. When I inquired about the cost, I was told it was because I purchased the product from Amazon. Apparently, if I had bought it from a local retail shop, the installation would have cost only ₹1,450. I didn’t quite understand the reason for this price difference, and it left me dissatisfied.
