Good Stuff!!
We love this product. It is the only thing we use to make deep fried fish. We like to cut Swai fish fillets into nugget sized chunks, coat with the Zatarans and deep fry for 2 1/2 minutes each batch. It's terrific. I made this meal for my sister's family and it was a major hit. She now lives in Washington state and can't get this product there so I sent them a case through Amazon. If you try this you will love it too.
