Don't buy this product
No stars,although one is required.This battery is same model as the original Dell on my laptop. It's a plug and play type of battery,no taking covers or screws off. The battery arrived discharged. It got installed and charged .After that , my computer would not turn on. Even by removing the battery and only plugging the charger,still the laptop did not turn on. My original battery would no longer charge but I was able to turn on the computer by only using the charger.Now I can't use my laptop!!
