Very comfortable socks

These socks are not only great for diabetics for great for elderly people who have a struggle bending over to put on or take off socks. My husband is able to easily place these socks on a sock aid device and they easily slide completely on his feet. Then he is able to easily remove them when he takes them off.

This is the second pair of these I've ordered. The first ones were size 13-15, which is what I always buy for my size 13 shoes. Well, I could hardly pull them over my heels, and they were so tight at the top they left deep grooves in minutes. Not happening. Other than that, I liked the feel and general quality feel.So I ordered the ENORMOUS size, I think they were shown as 15-17. I figured whatever, if these are as mis-sized as the first ones, they might just fit. And fit they did! I like them a lot. I would have liked them even better if they were a bit thinner, especially now for summer wear. But they'll do fine and come winter they'll be perfect. I live on the Oregon Coast, so summers are like we get a month of almost 70 degree weather; the rest of the year it's <50 -- warm socks welcome!If these hold up through a few washings, I'm gonna order some more!

The cuff is tall and stretchy, but the actual foot part is tight and very thick.

At first when I opened the box I couldn't believe such a big wide sock was intended for women. I thought who ever came up with that had never been anywhere near the naked foot of a woman! I tried them on and indeed they were the right length but wide like for a man's foot. So I only opened one 3 pak and washed and dried them in hot and wore them and they were so comfy and never wadded up around my toes. After 3 days I was in love. I opened the rest and turned them all inside out and washed and dried them and then turned them right side out and washed and dried them again to eliminate the excessive fuzz. I highly recommend you do this as they are really, really fuzzy. Also, I always wear boots so these worked for me but I know they wouldn't work for a woman in a shoe. They would be too bunched up in there with all that wide toe going on. But, in my boots they are so comfy I can't even believe it and I have sensitive toes so having extra sock in the toes usually doesn't work. All in all I love these socks but I still think they are crazy for saying they fit women because they really sort of don't.
