Impressed with how well these compostable food waste bags hold up. I accidentally overstuffed one the other day and felt sure it was about to split, and while it did stretch pretty thin and needed a little extra support, it held in there! They're also bigger than I expected at first, which is awesome - not quite as big as a standard plastic grocery bag, but close. I use compost bags for used pine kitty litter so I have a lot of material that needs to be bagged and I'm going through these more slowly than I expected which is great.One thing to be aware of though is that if you fill it too much, you won't be able to tie it shut. There are no "handles" or "drawstrings" in this design like some trash bags have.

The items themselves are great! However, both were loose/out of their packaging when I opened the bag-I spent five minutes re-rolling the compost bags to fit into the box that had the closure torn. The filter was partially out of the bag. Suggesting a small piece of tape on each closure would help…Thank you very much!

I was happy to find compostable bags for food waste in a large quantity at a reasonable price. The bags are small but that works for me. So far, I haven't had any problem with the bags degrading from wetness.

I purchased these in July 2024. They are a sturdy bag and that is a positive. They don’t break when you tie them up and carry them out. They barely fit in my 2 gallon compost container. They are starting to leak now. It has been Nine months since I purchased them and they do advise using them within 9 months I think for best results. Is definitely eco-friendly.

Everyone I know uses them! Easy to use, strong, holds a lot, perfect size. Recommend don't adding lots of liquid. After a few days, can diminish strength of bags, makes sense cause they're compostable.

These compost bags are great. They fit, they are strong enough for pineapples and it's easy to get them out of the box.

We just began recycling / composting our food scraps. These liners are composting approved. The one 'downfall' I've found is that they quickly decompose when the food scraps are wet. Still makes it easier to empty the food scraps bin, than to not use bin liners. I recommend these liners.

Very good bags! Some other brands rip easily.
