Q: what's the expiration on this like?

There is no expiration date on the 3 jugs I currently have but for me, they easily last well over 18 months. All our food products are stored around 71 degrees F. Once I open a jug I fill a condiment dispenser and store the remainder in the refrigerator. I purchase 2 at a time and use about 1 every 6 months.

Q: I ordered xxxtra hot and picture showed xxxtra hot but received red hot sauce

When ordering there is a selection of 4 types - Did your selection change? also if your amazon order shows xxxtra hot but you got the red then they shipped you the wrong item. Just contact the vendor to let them know and do an Amazon return and reorder. That is one awesome hot sauce - I use it always 2 gallons a year!

what's the expiration on this like?
