Good quality but I’m divided regarding effectiveness
I’ve been taking the NOOROPOWER Zen L-Theanine 250mg Capsules for about a month now, and I’m still not entirely sure how well they’re working for me.First Impressions: The packaging is sleek and professional, which gave me a good first impression. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and don’t have any weird aftertaste, which is always a plus. Knowing they’re made in the UK and contain no fillers made me feel confident about what I’m putting into my body.Daily Routine: Incorporating these into my daily routine was easy enough. I take one in the morning with my breakfast. I’ve read a lot about the benefits of L-Theanine, especially for relaxation and focus, so I was excited to see if they’d help with my stressful days.Results So Far: Here’s where it gets tricky. I haven’t noticed any dramatic changes yet. I might feel a bit more relaxed sometimes, but it’s hard to tell if it’s the capsules or just a placebo effect. Some days I think my focus is slightly better, other days I’m not so sure. It’s not like flipping a switch – the effects are pretty subtle if they’re there at all.Hopes for the Future: I’m going to keep taking them, hoping that maybe the effects will become more noticeable over time. Supplements like these can sometimes take a while to build up in your system. Plus, everyone’s body reacts differently, so what works for one person might not work the same way for another.Value: On the bright side, the bottle gives you a 4-month supply, which is great for the price. I like that they use pure ingredients like GABA and green tea without unnecessary fillers.Overall, I’m giving these a cautious 3 out of 5 stars. The quality seems good, but I just haven’t experienced the clear benefits yet. I’ll update this review if I start to notice more significant changes. Fingers crossed!

Very pure ingredients & good value
I've had amazing relaxation & calming effects using L-Theanine & think it is an excellent amino acid for this purpose.As with most supplements, it is best absirned with food (either full stomach or even a banana or biscuits to coat your stomach).Can be taken at night (half hour or you to 1-2 hours before bed) for a calming effect or one in the morning.Firstly, please note, upon research on L-Theanine, I've found a lot of the ones on the market are synthetic. The purest & healthiest are derived purely from green tea, with Suntheanine® being purely from green tea [thus the healthiest]. Although some companies use Suntheanine with unhealthy added ingredients. So bear that in mind too. Thus, unless stated, I assume they're some type of synthetic form.Although I had good results with this one.The ingredients for this is just L-Theanine & vegetable cellulose shell. So I'm quite pleased in that sense as it's very pure.They're very good value, especially considering the ingredients so I don't understand the other reviewers' criticism! I have taken the 400mg (different brand) & it makes me very drowsy in the morning. So I take that one when I'm very stressed & definitely at least 1 hour before bed. Honestly works like a sleeping tablet except it's natural!1-2 capsules a day, at 120 capsules, 250mg each.So far, I've taken just 1 per night for a few days & they to work. As I'm petite, & don't weigh much, 1 capsule seems to be enough for me. I also found giving one to my friend (who's make & quite a big dude), he found the 400mg made him drowsy but my brother didn't find that wurg the 400mg.HOWEVER, IF I TAKE THEM LATE AT NIGHT JUST BEFORE BED, I'M DROWSY IN THE MORNING, SO PLEASE TAKE THEM ABOUT 1-2 HOURS BEFORE SLEEP.L-Theanine greatly agrees with me, helps me a lot in sleep quality & stress levels. Each person is different though, & something that agrees with me might not work best on somebody else. It's one of my favourite supplements. You need to experiment with different supplements to see what suits you & "feel & tune into your body". Plus take them for a day or a few & then not take them for a day or 2 & see if you sense any difference.I also highly recommend Ashwagandha along Bacopa for anxiety & stress & of course breathing techniques (most powerful method) such as Chandra Bheda Pranayama. In fact, yogis have taught us that through correct breathing many ailents can be eliminated & when I have had the discipline to do regularly for a reasonable time, I've reaped immense benefits from breathing techniques.Also, consider Montmorency Cherry (contains natural melatonin which regulates sleep). It’s a unique amino acid because it’s not used to form proteins — unlike many other amino acids, such as l-carnitine, leucine, lysine, methionine or tryptophan — and is not used to make enzymes. The greatest sources of L-theanine in our diets are green, black and white teas — but because most people don’t drink very large quantities of tea on a daily basis, L-theanine supplements can be beneficial.

Fantastic, I pair with caffeine to help increase my focus!
The bottle contains 120 tablets capsules with 1-2 to be used per serving which is taken once a day. If you take the dosage of 2 tablets then you will have 3 months worth of supplements. Each capsule will provide you with 250mg of free form L-Theanine amino acid analogue.The tablets are small and I find them easy to swallow. These are vegan and vegetarian friendly. They have no smell whatsoever and no taste too which is a good advantage.I like to pair L-Theanine with caffeine and find it helps increase my focus when I'm performing various tasks. There is a noticeable difference when using these and I couldn't be happier with the effects. Apparently they also help with anxiety and stress relief though I've not had much stress recently so I can't really say whether it helps with this. But I'd certainly continue to use this for the focus effects. Also, could be a coincidence but I also have higher quality sleep since taking these.Please let me know if this has been helpful for you!

Vegan supplement
I am really impressed that this is a vegan supplement and it cost just a little over a fiver. You’re getting 120 capsules. If you stick to the recommended dosage of 1 or 2 daily, then this will last you between two and four months. I am impressed with the quality of the ingredients as it is just the amino and the vegetarian capsules and absolutely nothing else. The council sort of typical size and easy to swallow. You’re getting an expiry date of around 18 months from the time of ordering so plenty of time to use. In terms of a relaxing calming supplement that is vegan with pure ingredients at a good price then this definitely has to be one to consider.
