The new updated Series for me are rubbish, old Series are always better. Much better features and value for money.I've did a full circle and ordered 2 iO rubbish only one of then had a beautiful case. For the price it's wrong.Yes I did pay a higher price for this but let me tell you it's worth it!! The case is fabulous and also has a built in charger aswell as too other. Well done Genius 2000

Initially I was pleased with this product. I liked the coaching app for brushing and how it alerted you to when you were brushing too hard. Have to say after a while the novelty of switching the app on when brushing wore off. Particularly in the mornings when I had an early start and did my usual of rushing out of the house. Then it just stopped working. It ran for about 5 seconds and then died. Luckily it was still under warranty and is being repaired but have to say for nearly 300 quid it really isn’t all that. I have had cheaper battery operated ones that do Just as well brushing wise and can’t really see the justification to pay as much as I did. Glad it’s still under warranty but if I had the option with the insight I have now I’d have spent about 50 quid on a brush rather than buy this one.

I’ve had exactly the same toothbrush for about 8 years and it still lasts over a week on one charge. I bought this one as a gift and was a bit disappointed with the plastic carrying box. Mine came with a solid charging carrying case and a charger base that you could put tooth brush heads on. Also came with more than one tooth brush head. Otherwise the basic tooth brush looks exactly the same which is nice and sleek . I hope it lasts like my current one has.

I’ve had this version for several years - maybe 4? Unfortunately I dropped it and a bit broke off. I was very happy with it and I didn’t see the point of spending more. This time I have downloaded the app and for the moment I’m following it - I didn’t bother last time. It doesn’t always perfectly work, however I think it has made me more mindful of coverage and not pressing too hard.I didn’t want one of the io models with the colour screen. I like this menu system where you can see by the light position which mode you are in. I’m not sure how well I’d see the newer versions without glasses on. May well be fine but I was happy with this display.The battery was still working pretty well on my old one so I shall be very happy if this one is as good. I’m sure it will be.This version has a basic plastic case that will go in the dishwasher. My previous one had the charging case. In truth that is quite heavy so when travelling I tended to take the charger with me instead, so save your money if you are considering that option.

I’ve been using the Oral-B electric toothbrush, and while I was initially impressed, I encountered an issue after one year.The Good:When it worked, it was excellent. The cleaning performance was fantastic—my teeth felt polished and dentist-clean after every use. The multiple cleaning modes were a nice touch, catering to different needs like sensitive teeth or a deeper clean. The battery life was decent, lasting a few days between charges, and the brush heads were easy to replace (albeit a bit pricey).The Not-So-Good:Unfortunately, just after hitting the one-year mark, the toothbrush started malfunctioning. First, the battery wouldn’t hold a charge as long, and eventually, it stopped working altogether. For an item at this price point, I expected more durability.Final Thoughts:While it delivers excellent cleaning when it works, the lifespan of the product was disappointing. If you’re okay with the possibility of replacing it after a year, it’s a good investment for short-term performance. Otherwise, you might want to explore other options with better longevity.
