Yale
Very nice product. One of the most right decision throughout my house construction.used more than 30 months and still working good. Changed the batteries couple of times. The most handy part of the lock is that you don’t need to carry your heavy house keys along with you. Yale locks are very durable

Go worry free
Very useful, easy to use and removes the hassle of carrying keys. There is no OTP option for one time visitors like gas delivery etc and the model doesn't have app configuration ! These features costs a bomb which can be made more affordable.Product build quality is very good. Everybody in my home is using this with their fingerprint registered !

Lock delivered minus cards for the door.
The lock was delivered 2 weeks back, minus the cards, and the batteries, made a complaint, was told someone would call. Still awaiting the cards/ call. Terrible service.

Elegant
Very elegant and total value for money. On delivery, contacted Yale and the lock was installed by Yale the next morning. Easy to operate and makes life easy. No more carrying or loosing keys.

Not as many features as some other locks, but a Yale is a reliable brand

CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR INSTALLATION
They don’t tell it evidently to book your installation hence many, like me would miss out to get it installed the next day.Product seems fine and installation was done neatly even though they won’t schedule it for you. Except for such lacklustre behaviour from the brand, rest is fine. Will update if I see any issues.

Horrible installation service, decent product
While the product is good, don't fall for the "free installation" offer. You have to call their customer care number after the product is delivered and they send a technician in 3-5 days. He takes a look at your door and says he will need a carpenter to install it - this is not informed in advance. You then begin a dance to try and get the technician and carpenter to show up at the same time. The technician charges you Rs. 1,000 every time he shows up, even if he does nothing. The Yale staff are rude and insist that you should have known before hand that a carpenter is needed for installation and that free installation means only one visit (even though they can't point to any place where this is mentioned) ... all in all, product is decent but service is horrible. Only buy where a dealer promises to do a turnkey installation for you.
