I love my steel pans. These are expensive but worth it. It heats up evenly in no time. Easy to clean and maintain.

Made In makes fantastic long lasting cookware. These heat quickly and evenly. You may have to adjust how you have cooked before because these are so good at transferring heat. They are heavier than the old stuff I was using but that is to be expected when using better material.

Will only purchase MadeIn pots and pans now. I did order an additional small and medium pans because I cook a lot and one was enough. Cooking on stainless steel to getting used to but just soak it in water if something sticks and it comes right off. Also carry a steamer which is perfect for crab legs.

This is an outstanding set of top grade stainless cook wear. You can tell the difference in weight and even cooking ability. The set when used properly will clean up like new and give you a lifetime of great service

I bought a new house that has an induction cooktop...unfortunately ALL my cookware didn't work on it. I researched and found that I liked this brand (made in Italy vs. China) and so I went for it. Yes, the price is steep but I expect to never have to change my cookware again! The only thing I'm not crazy about are the lids (minus 1 star). They are flat and do sit down into the pot/pan well but I prefer glass lids, slightly domed. Thankfully, many of my older pieces had glass lids that fit all the sizes in this set. It would be great if they offered a choice of glass & stainless lids. I'm sure I'm not the only one who likes to see how the food is cooking without having to take the lids off. The only other thing to note is that they are heavy so perhaps not ideal for those with arthritis/hand issues.

I've spent the last few months creating a more non-toxic home. I spent weeks researching stainless steel and this was the top choice. I kept going back and forth because of the cost of it but I am so incredibly happy with the decision to buy the Made In cookware. It has been wonderful! I watched their helpful videos before receiving it and read on how to properly cook in and care for the stainless steel and I have been able to do so just fine. It really feels like an elevated experience using my new cookware. I feel like I was already a good cook but now I love the meals I make in this cookware even better. I have been able clean everything and keep them looking great. The only time that I made it more difficult for myself was when I sprayed I used spray ghee and made pancakes in the pan. I definitely had to work at getting the spray off the sides of the pan more than I've had to work on anything else but I will just not use that specific product again. I will stick with either the jar ghee, butter or olive oil in the bottom of the pan which so far has created beautiful food with no trouble at all. I'm absolutely impressed with the weight of the pans, I had read a couple of reviews that said they were heavy but I have a wrist condition and I feel that they are perfectly balanced in my hand. I've had no issues there at all. The heat distribution is fantastic. It took me a couple of times to learn the cook time in the pans but once you get the system down of heating the pan for a minute or two on medium, then putting your butter or oil in and letting that shimmer, then adding food you'll feel like a pro! I am even able to cook eggs in my skillet and they slide out just fine.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My wife and I had high hopes for this cookware set, especially considering the price. Unfortunately, what we received from Amazon was incredibly disappointing. Multiple pots and pans arrived, visibly bent or warped. Lids didn't fit properly either, making them almost unusable. When we contacted Amazon, they offered to refund the price after receiving the cookware back, allowing us to reorder and hope that it would arrive in better condition.We ended up contacting Made In directly and spoke to Sitti, she was AMAZING to work with, and issued replacements right away. She ensured that the replacements were in perfect condition before requesting the return of the original, damaged pots and pans. My suggestion is to order directly from Made In, as they will ensure proper delivery of your investment. My wife and I love our new cookware set and will never buy another set.
