Really good buy!
Its only been one week into the purchase (shipping time delay), but so far so good. The desktop matches the specs listed and Skytech really did a great job with the build. Both component and workmanship is solid and the machine has performed great so far. Crossing my fingers for the 3, 6 and 12 month anniversary on this to see how it holds up.Update (2024/11/11): This PC has held up really well. Went from a "really good buy" to "an absolutely great buy!". Still performs great to the time of this review.

Runs Quiet and Cool
This pc has not only run any game I wanted on ultra 1080p setting but it stays extremely cool as well, the picture shows an air fan for CPU but came with a 240 liquid cooler which was a major plus. This thing is hard to even tell it is on and runs very smoothly. I would easily recommend this PC for 1080 p gaming.

Decent For A Prebuild That Doesn't Break The Bank if it Works
I am not big into needing the best performance from games and decided on finding a prebuild that would work out to cost of parts plus not too much added for labor. This fit the bill at the ~$1000 price point and had the specs to do what I needed without breaking the bank. The main issue I had is that the first PC I received was dead on arrival. The user guide was just a message saying if it did not turn on, then to call customer support. Their website has a few more tips like reseating cables, but I already inspected them when it arrived and that did not fix the issue. I called after trying that and they just told me the same thing and to call Amazon at that point. Before calling Amazon I ran some tests on the pins of the power supply connector and it seemed like the power supply was not functional. I relayed everything I tried to the Amazon representative and had to do a return of the system. One thing to note is that while this machine was purchased in August 2022, the QA testing checklist that came with it was all the way back from March 2022. I doubt they are sending faulty machines out, but this is an crazy amount of time for this to be moving around and stored in warehouses. This could be an Amazon logistical issue, but it is something to note if you order it from Amazon and not Skytech directly.I reordered the same machine to give it one more go after returning the first and it was able to bootup fine the second time. Everything is currently working and the benchmarks are what is expected from the parts. This machine had a QA checklist that was completed two weeks prior to when I received it, so it was assembled much more recently as well.I think the case is very well-designed for airflow and all of the temperatures have stayed in a good range whenever I do anything strenuous. I am happy with my purchase now that I have a working machine, but it was kind of annoying to get to this point. The return process with Amazon was very easy and quick though, so getting a lemon was not the end of the world. One final thing to note is that the two different machines I received had different parts. If you are expecting a certain brand of something based on pictures or videos, there is a good chance you will not be getting the same parts. Even the Skytech branded keyboard and the Wi-Fi antenna I got were different between the two orders. The first keyboard was all plastic and was just going to go into a closet as a spare, but the second one had a metal back with some weight and seemed much higher quality.

Works great, when it works
Got the Blaze 3.0 w/ i5 and RX6600xt. Worked fine for two months or so and then wouldn't boot. Sent back to Skytech and a month later they sent me an email saying they re-seated the GPU and were sending my pc back. I told them we tried that multiple times and it didn't fix the problem. They sent it back anyway. It worked fine for about 2 weeks and then started doing the exact same thing. Big surprise. Now it's going back to skytech again. Hopefully they actually fix it this time, because I really like the pc when it works. The build quality seemed good and it runs all of my games no-problem. The tech support guy I talked to on the phone was also very helpful and spent quite a while trying to diagnose the problem remotely. But none of that matters when your $1300 computer is broken all the time and has to go back for service twice because they didn't even try to properly diagnose the problem the first time.

Solid machine for the money
As anyone who likes computers knows, the market for parts is outrageous right now, and that's a huge bummer for custom builders like me. I was desperately in need of a replacement machine, and so far this one (10400F) is holding up perfectly. I also installed my old HDD from my previous machine, and it was a breeze! Its managing my game library nicely, and I have no complaints right now. Thanks Skytech, i didnt have to break the bank.

Worth every cent!
I liked a lot the pc, very cool and clean the rgbs, pretty quite and a monster at gaming. I got the asrock gpu with 2 fans, i wanted the 3 fans but its ok, and the cpu cooler that came wasn't the same as the picture, it was a liquid cooler, which is super good, got an uprage lol and the cooler looks clean. I'm just going to upgrade my ram to a 32 gb trident ram, just to get the full rgb and the 32 gb lol, overall great pc, hurry up and get it now before the price goes up :)

Definitely recommend.
I’m not a major gaming person.. but this computer was recommended by my son who is seriously into gaming and this computer is amazing! I have a Quest 2 vr and it will support the games I run on it! Definitely recommend. Not a bad price for a prebuilt gaming computer.
