This item is very good if you have some irritation on your body. It doesn't work if you have got a real infection but it is helpful all the same.

It was very good had a painful ear all cleared up

After applying three times a day, my blocked ear cleared and I thought great! So I reduced it to once a day to keep it clear. After two days my ear blocked again. I spent the next two weeks squirting my ear three times a day and it had no effect. So I thought I'm just filling my ear with oily stuff and have up. I've gone back to my old ear drops, which from the crackling sound I know is clearing the blockage. What a waste of quite a lot of money.
