This thing runs like a charm. Does exactly what it says and I have no issues running games on it of most quality. I don't run crazy stuff on a laptop because it's a laptop, mostly stuff on the go. The sound is great, graphics are great, it's nice and bright and the appearance is so nice! The battery life is what you would expect from a laptop, so in general, keep it plugged in. It lasts for 2.5 hours on minimal settings with the brightness turned down from my experience, but I'm also running a game. Just have a charger next to you. 10/10

We purchased this for our son for a early Xmas gift. It was very easy to set up and looks and plays great. He's playing a lot of Steam games currently and loves this laptop for it. It's been a month with no issues.

It works fine. You can play Poppy playtime on it. Fortnite Roblox. No lag.

I have 5 of these laptops for my business and we greatly enjoy their performance and value above others we have tried, so I am always looking to add another to our inventory when we hire more employees. In this case, an older HP laptop's time had finally come for a replacement and I secured this model for that employee. After returning another purchased unit from a different vendor (item was DOA and seal was already busted) we were more skeptical this time around and immediately noticed that the laptop's factory box "security seal" had been tampered with and RETAPED with another (non-OEM) security seal.Security seals are placed there by the factory to ensure that the end user gets an untampered-with product. Why this box had been previously opened is beyond me, as the unit looks completely brand new, lacking any signs whatsoever of previous usage/ownership. We are retaining the unit an employing it for its intended use but it makes me very cautious and less likely to purchase equipment from this seller again.

Worked ok for around 2 years.

The actual computer is great the shipping was a nightmare was supposed to receive the 8th finally received computer today the 12th.The outer box looked like it had been opened, luckily the box the computer was in was fine.If I were this company I would change shippers from ups to another company.

Had it 1 month, it broke. Called Acer and after trying to weasel out of the warranty they made me do troubleshooting and the troubleshooting broke it worse. Took 2 weeks for them to get it and fix it then they sent it back some stupid way so I can’t even go pick it up from FedEx until I call some special team that isn’t working today. useless laptop, useless company. Never buying an Acer product again. Ludicrous
