Q: Intersted in buying but a bit cautious because of no views or updates on how people felt once they received the laptop. are u able to show more of it?

Only issue I've had is the HDMI port being messed up. The signal can drop or become distorted if the cable is moved. Customer service is outsourced. The repair team did not replace the port. So I would say the worst part of owning it has been customer service and the repair center, not the laptop itself. I could have fixed it in five minutes if they would send me the part. Other than that, works just fine.
