It works!!!
We have a 16 year old puggle that is blind, deaf and now suffering from dementia. She is always stressed and confused and cries constantly if I am not with her. When I asked the vet for medicine to help keep her calm at night and when I need to leave the house, she recommended this product. I purchased it with a very skeptical mind, but I have to tell you - IT WORKS! In a very short amount of time, I noticed that our dog was not disoriented anymore. She started navigating our home much better and sleeping better too! This product is easy to use - I just snip off the end and squeeze it over her food at night. She does not appear to mind the taste - so success! We have been using this product consistently for the last 6 months and it is like night and day. I highly HIGHLY recommend it!

Update 10/15/19 My Cat is now 20 Yrs. Old. Doing amazing! Heβs been on it 2 years!
I know this is suppose to be for dogs but I give this to my 18 year old cat who has started showing signs of dementia. He was Yowling very loudly non stop for up to 2 hours at a time, started staring at the walls, and even got himself stuck in the corner a couple of times. I started to think that it might be time to let him go because he already has kidney disease, arthritis, and asthma that we manage with medication and therapies but Dementia takes the cake as far as making you really consider their quality of life. I read one review from a Veternniarian that used this on his own 19 yr old cat with good results so I thought what do I have to lose. I started it a month ago..I give my cat one of the small dog ones but I cut it open and put it in a size 1 gel cap and pop it down his throat every morning. Within two weeks he stopped the constant meowing and by three weeks he wasnβt getting lost in corners or staring at walls. I would say his symptoms are 90% better. Though he still is a bit more clingy than he was as a younger cat. I also started giving him liquid fish oil (Nordic Naturals for small animals) that I also put in a size 1 gel capsule and this has made his fur so shiny and soft. Itβs good for cats with kidney disease as well. I would say...if you have an elderly cat try this out if your seeing some odd changes in behavior, like I have described. Cats and dogs can get dementia just like people. I consulted with my Intergrative Vet and she said itβs fine to give.UPDATE: My kitty has been on this for about 4 months now. He is Dementia symptom free!! Heβs 18.5 now and he acts like a kitten most days! I accidentally ran out of it and ordered it for rush shipping and within 3 days his symptoms started to return but once on it again he is perfect. I keep an extra bottle on hand at all times now! To really does work for cats, so I know it must work for dogs since itβs actually made for them.

Great product
it was a good product but I didn't see any change.UPDATE: after a few days I finished, the first bottle, and I started to see the changes, it was working before but I didn't notice while I was feeding it to my dog. when I ran out of the product that's when I saw that it was working because she started to go back to her old behavior so I bought it again. and she is navigating easily.my advice is to give it a chance, I thought it wasn't working, and then as soon as I ran out of it I saw that it was working my mistake was assuming without giving it a chance.thank you for this amazing product it is helping my 17-year-old senior corgi so much.

Definitely worth trying for your older dog!
My vet attended a 2 day seminar on treatment of "geriatric" dogs and said the seminar could have been distilled to a 15 minute presentation that said the only product on the market that has been proven to have any significant impact on senility in dogs is Senilife. I have a 16 year old cairn terrier who has been declining for the past year, and i decided to give this a try. Prior to starting on the Senilife, he had lost all signs of friskiness and enthusiasm for food and his movements were very slow. He frequently exhibited signs of dementia (confusion, not knowing where he was, etc.) After a couple of weeks on the Senilfe, he started bouncing around periodically and seemed to regain some of his previously vibrant personality. Don't get me wrong--he is still 16 and sedentary 90% of the time, but he just seems happier and more comfortable in his skin. He even runs in the backyard occasionally, which i hadn't seen him do in at least a year. So I believe this has returned a noticeable degree of quality of life, and i couldn't be happier. He recently had a complete blood workup (after 6 weeks on Senilife) and his bloodwork was great, so i don't think it's having any invisible negative effects. If your dog is going through similar life changes, it's worth a try.Update 1/6/13: I think Senilife gave my baby boy an extra 6-9 months of decent quality of life. He's gone, but the Senilife i got for him has benefitted another elderly dog. I gave it to a friend to try on her 15 year old Jack Russell who had the same signs of dementia and loss of vibrancy that my dog had. She can't believe how much he has improved since being on the SL--keeps telling me he's acting like a puppy again! So while i don't think Senilife will postpone the inevitable, it does a wonderful job of restoring quality of life in your dog's last years. Try it--you have nothing to lose. I'm a believer.By the way, i was able to find the Senilife from a Canadian pharmacy for a lot cheaper--i think it was $60 for a 90 count bottle. Google it.
