I believe this product does help, but doesn't really rid the problem completely. Ive been off work for over two weeks using this product, ointment, fasting, stool softener and consistent bed rest. I finished the bottle and have less pain, but the problem is still present.If they doubled the quantity for this price, itd be amazing, and possibly yield better results.. But regardless, id say a week using this product is better than a week without it.

These pills definitely work after 3 to 5 days of taking them 3 at a time, sometimes I need a fourth pill. They numb the pain very well, but OMG, the gas is so bad. I don't know what ingredient in these pills cause that kind of gas, but it's like nothing I have ever experienced before. I did notice that the better my diet the less gas there is.I've tried these pills and another brand, and this one definitely works much better for me. They don't cure the hemorrhoid's, they just numb the whole area making it much more tolerable to function.
