There is a lot of salt!! It's fantastic value for cost, I think. It becomes really fine (like a salt shaker kind of) in a coffee grinder. It's going to take a while to get through all this. The same company does have an X-Fine 2.5-pound container too. I like that it's not in a bag for storing long-term.

Excellent, moderately coarse, not fine, dissolves easily in water. Also delicious for seasoning food, I keep in an olive wood salt cellar on the table.

What’s not to like, it doesn’t taste as salty so I have to use more so… I would go back to the other one, but I can’t get it in rock like this so it won’t fit in my grinder
