Two Months in, Product no longer works
I bought this, water heater for my family as an option to have a hot water supply for showers, but 2 months after purchase it stopped working, the return window is closed at this point. I’ve been through the trouble shooting options and none of those suggestions have worked, I’ve used older models in the past with no issues, which is why I’m surprised that it broke so quickly. I can not recommend this product based on the experience I’ve had. If someone could reach out to me to resolve this issue I’d greatly appreciate it
