Quality tool
Used this tool to ream out the volume and tone pot holes in an Epi LP Studio upgraded to a 50's wiring setup and US (non-metric) CTS pots. Some recommended taping the holes with painter's tape and even taping a washer over the hole to prevent drilling the hole out too much. I don't see the point. Measure the tool with a micrometer and mark it where the diameter is what you want and then use the tool gradually, non-aggressively until it reaches the depth mark. Worked like a champ. Was even able to use it a little more aggressively in the 3-way switch cavity to provide some relief for positioning a pre-soldered vintage braided Switchcraft replacement harness. I would not have been able to do that with a drill - not without marring or otherwise damaging the guitar. Nice tool.

Works well for something so cheap
Works well for the price. Handle doesn't fit great but it's still usable. Used it to fit a pickup in an acoustic guitar. Nice and sharp, no damage to the finish. Reamed through the block in a few twists and I was on my way

VERY WELL MADE PRODUCT
This was purchased to replace a 130T reamer I lost several months ago. I had the last one for at least 6 years, it was still sharp, and worked like when it was new. I use this reamer to enlarge holes on thin sheet steel, aluminum, copper and brass. It can make a hole large enough to start a small hand operated nibbling tool. This is useful when drilling could cause cracking in materials such as perfboard, or printed circuit boards. I find this to be a must have tool if you build electronic prototypes or small enclosures.

Good tool
I was surprised that the handle is not attached, it works fine but I expected it to be a solid peice. It does the job, good value for the money.

Quick and Safe to use. A great tool
Sometimes a key won't fit loosely on my favorite ring. The reamer opens the key hole up bigger with just a few turns. No need to get the drill out with the drill bits etc. very handy to use and won't get lost or broken like a drill bit can.

You Need Muscle!
I had hoped the tool would allow me to open existing holes on my car. The handle made it very difficult, so I decided to go with a stepped drill bit.

you can get a really nice result. It's super inexpensive
Well worth having this tool in your kit if you work with wood, and might need to enlarge some holes. I purchased this tools as a much less expensive option than a true "luthier" hole reamer. I am building out a cheap Les Paul copy kit, and adding some top shelf stuff to make it a real player. I have to enlarge the headstock holes to accept larger diameter tuning pegs. It did the job cleanly, and with care and patience, you can get a really nice result. It's super inexpensive, so I did not expect a precision instrument, but it did the job well. Glad I purchased it.
