This thing has totally changed my mind about my new plush office chair! It helps to fill in some of the space on the deep seat but the best part is that it really supports my back, making me feel like I'm sitting in luxury. It's really one of the best things I've bought to date. I use it with the thicker part up, as shown in the instructions that came with it. You can also turn it as in the picture for greater lumbar support. It's firm and soft and just perfect! I looove it and wholeheartedly give it 5 stars!

Excellent for stabilizing my lower back for sciatic problems. Most seat cushions are too short. This is the perfect size for a car seat. The only think I don’t like is the white brand writing all over the straps. Everything is black so it’s very visible

It's smaller than the picture but that depends on whether you have a large or small office chair. My chair is wide per my size. Will return for a wider size. On the good side it does offer the support as promised if it fits your chair size.

Based on the amount of driving that I do, and having the usual back issues from my car seat, I decided to order 4 different type of back supports to test out. Once they arrived, I wasn't sure which one was going to work. I realized immediately why this particular one was now at the top of my list. It obviously had the back spine support, but the side cushions added the additional support for my upper torso. The lateral supports, and the spine support provided the necessary comfort, which made it very comfortable for short or long drives
