Came damaged
Seamed used or refurbished. The front roller was dented, and one of the middle rollers did not move. Plus, the heating controls were labeled wrong. The one that says it controls the back rollers controls the front, and the one that says it controls the front controls the back. Could not return or get refund.

Company picnic a success!
I ordered this hot dog roller for a company picnic themed event and it was a huge success! It was super easy to setup and operate and delivered results just as described. I still have employee's asking when the next time will be for us to use it! Thanks!

Terrible smell
Just received this hot dog machine and turned it on for the first time. It has a terrible smell coming from it and smoke coming from the vents on the side. Hoping it’s just burning off the chemicals and will be fine once I use it to cook with.***UPDATE…put sausages on the front rollers. Had them cooking for an hour-still not cooked through. Finally turned it off and started cleaning the machine. The “front” rollers were only warm…back rollers were hot. Apparently, the knobs are backwards-or they just figured the front of the machine is the end where the light is.

comes broken.
This came to us broken. It is defective. This is the second one we bought. We have gotten a refund on it.We noted that the rollers didn't roll.It is junk... not recommended.

Works great
I bought this hot dog machine for our family reunion and am very satisfied. It will arrive soon. I took it out of the box, plugged it in, wiped the pan clean, put some hot dogs on top, set the temperature, and it would take about 15 minutes to eat hot dogs. The higher the temperature you set, the faster they cook. It works very well. At the party, everyone ate hot dogs. Everyone had a great time playing. In addition, the drum is made of stainless steel material, which is very convenient to clean. I really like it.
