Great buy couldn’t have been better

I love it, I had for years a metal basket from an old veg holder. But decided it was time for a change. Very pleased.

Perfect capacity & dimensions for the space i wanted to use it in, but could have done with a slightly sturdier fabric so make it less floppy & less fiddly to stick the velcro flap back in place.That and a handle to oick it out of the cupboard, especially when fully laden. I’m not sure the button & loop closure would hold everything in if i didn’t have a good grip on it, and because the sides aren’t very sturdy that’s more of a risk.Having said that, big improvement on the smaller drawstring bag i did have, and for the price i paid not surprising the design flaws I mentioned are present.Great choice for a bargain option.

I like the little hatch in the front, where you can remove the potatoes one at a time. The top unrolls to make filling it easier and the lining is black to slow down sprouting. I read some of the reviews, which said that the bag prevents sprouting but this is wrong because, in room temperature they will still sprout but the sprouts can just be cut off, as usual. Just keep an eye on your potatoes so that you use the oldest ones first and you shouldn’t have a problem.

I’m sure it will be fine. Bit fiddly to close, roll over to close and elastic over button. Fine for what it is and doe the job of keeping potatoes fresher longer.

Looks good & works well. Much better than my old drawstring bag. The drop down pocket is held by strong velcro & keeps out the light. The oldest potatoes are dispensed first. The button closure at the top is easy to use. A good size, excellent design & good quality too. It's sturdy & you can even wash it!

Handy wee spud bag and strong material with good opening /closing front Velcro door makes it easy to get spuds out and nice design would recommend

Bit disappointed as potatos in bag still sprouted after a few days.
