Love this stuff. It does give you energy, I take it in the morning with some warm water. Taste is good too

This was easy to use, but I did not see or feel any difference using it. I tried it for several weeks but since I did not see a difference I have quit using it. It may work for some people, but it was not for me.

This is a good size for the price. Although it's not quite as sticky and thick, and doesn't taste like other Shilajit resin. This Shilajit from BBEEAAUU tastes good, so I'm wondering if it's been sweetened with something. I've only used this for a short time so I can't attest to the effects of this product yet. Nice packaging and attractive glass jar with a golden lid. It includes a wooden measuring stick.
