Very Realistic and detailed. Really happy with this.
Very good kit! Bought it for my Daughter, who decided to work on it during a internet outage. It took her all day! Instructions must have been clear since she didn't ask me for help. Once it was done, it looked very realistic like looking into another world (especially with the mirror in the back). It gave extra books and stickers for her to choose what she wanted.

Amazing looking
Absolutely amazing! I thought it was going to be kinda basic, but it’s actually very detailed. Everything fits perfectly and the look is spectacular. The LED lights give it an incredible atmosphere—I spend time just staring at it every night.

Cozy lil alleyway
Putting this together was so much fun! Everything is proportional, looks great, and fits together easily. Nothing felt cheap or snapped. I got the “Bearly Art Precision Craft glue” with the tiny metal tip to help me glue some things together, other more fiddly bits were better suited for gorilla super glue. The glue to moss ratio was off by quite a bit for me, but I still don’t mind the look of it. I somehow managed to flip some of the wires for the battery pack, so sorting that bit out was the most frustrating part, but when I figured it out, I felt quite accomplished. I also Kickstarter backed their new “NeoRamen” kit and I’m looking forward to building that one too! I’d recommend this to anyone, it was great fun!

Only one thing I didn’t like
Super cute!!! Took me a few hours but I couldn’t stop once I started. The only thing that I didn’t like were the little hanging plants. They were incredibly difficult to put together and hang. I ended up not using the monstera one because I just don’t think the stickers look good. I wish they were replaced with tiny fake plastic or wood plants.

A different nook look
A challenge to build but the finished nook is incredible. It's very different from many of the others in that it isn't a library and the mirror effect is amazing. I built a dust cover for it out of a sheet of .018 polycarbonate.

So much fun!!
I bought this for something to do after a surgery and I absolutely loved it!! I don’t think I’d be a model guy but apparently I’m a model guy. The other kits from this company look amazing, I want them all. I’m planning to preorder the cyberpunk ramen set from mini-alley.

No Tools included.
This the 6th mini dollhouse I've constructed from various companies. I was disappointed that it costs $20 more than the others I have purchased and included NO tools. You really need the small file that other kits include in order to sand the tabs down that don't fit (like the ladder that broke in 3 pieces). The directions are also not the best. It tells you to fold the sticker that works as a canopy. Better way is to cut around the sticker BEFORE you peel it, fold it, and then peel it so it goes on nice and easy. For glue, I recommend the 3 in 1 glue that Amazon recommends with some of the other kits as opposed to white glue. It tacks faster but still gives you time to adjust the piece. The wood quality is very good and I think it is a good piece despite some of the drawbacks.

Worth the price and efforts
This book nook deserves a review. The amount of thoughts and details that went into making this possible is amazing. The angled mirror creating a perspective of a curved alley and text (on the sticker) being flipping to make it look correct when seen through mirror was excellent. The string lights along with the moss on top made it look really good at the end. Few things to mention:- This wasn't super easy and hence it is not the best for kids. Perfect for couples to spend the weekend.- It required a lot of additional stuff if you want it done perfectly. Super glue + White glue + Scissors + Tweezers + Batteries + Screw driver.- We didn't compromise on anything and so it took us quite long.- The only part where instructions weren't clear was related to cutting a silver wire. I ended up cutting it incorrectly but fortunately there was some extra.Tips:- The length of the string lights is important. Do it as close as possible to what is said in the instructions.- Do not glue the bookcase and the furniture before gluing the left wall. Just follow the instructions.- Do not avoid the lights. Lights are 80% of the reason it looks so good.
