Handsome but flawed.
I'm not sure how to review this but the folder looks very handsome and it seems big enough to hold most everything I'd need, with enough compartments to keep everything organized. Not sure how to test the fireproofness or waterproofness, but I have to say that one of the zips doesn't work. I've only taken it out the packaging and opened the zips wide and and one of the zips just got stuck and won't close.Disappointed and I want a refund.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a good organizer for important docs, but has a BAD chemical smell. Immediately two stars off because of the smell. If you used better materials, the product would be efficient and good to use. I will say there are many colors to choose from as well.

Perfect solution for all unorganized documents.
Does exactly what I need it to do and seems to be great quality. There are plenty of pockets for different documents and everything fits great.Zipper is kind of stiff and harder to zip than I would like but if it’s truly fireproof, that’s a trade off I’m willing to make.
