When I opened the lip stick got stuck to the cap, trying to take it out the whole thing got wasted. I cannot use it further. Can you pls replace it with another lipliner.

The packaging of the FAE Beauty lip liner was disappointing. The lead was completely exposed, and the plastic casing was detached from it, making it unusable right out of the box.I had to manually insert the lead back into the casing and fix the liner for it to function properly, which was quite frustrating. The packaging quality really needs improvement.

Pigmentation is good. Very smooth and easy to use. Worth the money. Good quality product.
