Q: How long does it take to complete sprouting

The average is 5 days for most varieties of sprouts, wheat grass can take a day longer depending on how long you want your grass to be, 6 days average 4 to 5 inches depending on your local and inside temperatures and if you grow them in soil or without soil, but 5-6 days is a safe timeframe :-)

Q: How many harvests can be had from one bag?

Depends. If it’s too much moisture it causes mold, but if the environment well ventilated, moisture periodically, and use sunlight or grow light, spray the mold off with spray bottles… only use purified water, and don’t put seeds too crowded and maybe use trays with double layers and top layer has holes to breathe.. no need soil if using trays. And bottom tray needs to be cleaned often with pure water where the roots will grow into; chances of harvesting more often increases : 3 times or more
