We had been using A O SMITH geysers in my parents home and hence when we thought of buying one for our own house, it was a no brainer to opt for A O Smith. It has been working fine and with the price it came with it was a good purchase. For this product, the best feature was that we would switch it on with the supplied remote before going for a bath, the water temp is easy to control and once temp is reached the geyser maintains the temp. Also this one has a stylish modern look.

Taking time to heat but overall nice product. Wifi only no remote control.

I recently purchased a new AO Smith Smart water heater, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment it was installed, it has exceeded all my expectations. The consistent supply of hot water has made my daily routines so much more comfortable and enjoyable. i strongly recommend this product!

The Water Heater (2 Nos) were delivered in Mar'25 and installed in the end of March. In April'25 I noticed that the bottom cover had opened up slightly in both the units. We were travelling for about 2 months and hence could not contact the customer service. In June'25 when we returned briefly for a couple of days we saw that the bottom cover had opened up further. I immediately took the picture and shared it with the AO Smith technician who had visited us for installation of these units. As we were once again travelling, I contacted the customer service in July'25. When the technician visited us, we were shocked to learn that the clips of the bottom plates had broken before delivery and the bottom plate was stuch with some adhesive tape in both the units. This is extreemly diappointing as we had relied on a premium brand. The technician further shared that the bottom plate would require replacement subject to availability. I do not understand as to how both the nunits have identical problems which simply proves poor quality and manufacturing defect with intentional attempt to palm of defective units to customer.

The product aesthetics and features are awesome. I could use the balance hot water a day after (8 hours) without even turning On the heater. The User interface of the A.O Smith app to control the Geyser is also very good and the connection between phone and heater was very easy. The installation (free) was done after 4 days of the product delivered. Also warranty (extended) registration was also very easy by calling the toll free number, since the product will be registered by the installing agent from his side. So installation from user side cannot be done. The company agent should come for the installation so that the product will be registered.The only issue was with the installing agent. He was not that clean that he soiled the walls and the heater. He also didn't keep the safe distance 6" from the ceiling which was described in the user manual.

Quick Setup, Easy to Use. The Overall quality of materials and added to that are the features it comes along are very innovative. Fulfils all the traditional functionality of a water heater with a touch of technology. Amazing Product particularly the Wifi model is more useful over the remote model as you get real time data and access anywhere at your fingertips. Amazing product.
