If you are familiar with shilajit, then you know that the taste can be very offputting to some people. I myself don’t mind it that much, but that is probably because I know the health benefits make it well worth it! This one has a slightly vanilla taste to it which was kind of nice! Just to be warned, there is a spoon that comes with it and I recommend taking maybe an eighth of it or a quarter of it to begin with to get used to the flavor. You may want to split it up and take it a few times throughout the day to get maximum benefits!

Started using this recently and I already see and feel more energized and just a good overall well-being. The taste is not that great on its own but if added to coffee or other strong flavored drinks you can barely taste it, the benefits outweigh the taste by far. Comes in handy especially for someone like me that works nights, so my mental and physical energy levels are seriously lacking, and this provides immune support, detoxification and energy in a safe and organic way. It is definitely worth trying.

I just started taken this. I do notice slight energy increase. However, I just started this and need more time to tell it’s full potential. I love the packaging, the cup, the stainless steel spoon. I do wish to know if the cup is stainless steel as well because I could not find the marking. It does have an earthy bitter taste. I usually put it in my coffee or I take it straight without any liquid.

This garbage made me sick to my stomach and I felt like puking all day after taking it. And you cannot return it do not buy this stuff! There are so many other products that you can buy. The packaging is very good and the liquid inside is black. I usually mix it with warm water. The taste isn't very good, but it's acceptable.
