I'm on my second tube. This is an excellent hemorrhoidal cream, the ingredient deck is second to none. I had no idea how good the ingredients were until I started using it and noticed a big difference from a previous cream that I had been using. I do believe it's actually healing the area. I'm also taking supplementation to help my circulation and veins.

My God. Relief. Instant comfort. Well- a few minutes then bam! Butt back to almost normal. After creating life I don’t think my body will ever go back to “normal”. I’ve found myself in urgent care a few times with the pain so unbearable from these butt monsters they’ve had to splice them. (Oof) This has been the only stuff that’s given me relief on an ongoing basis. I’ve been using this product since 2024. Keep a tube of this on hand for whenever your buttberries try to ruin your life. Thank me later.

I recommend this product and have bought it several times. I always read the ingredient list and impressed me. It helps with my problems. I like to use the cream.

Great product, love it. However, the applicator tip is horrific. Why is it not rounded? For something you are inserting into one of the most tender areas of your body I would not expect a flat tip. Very discomforting and hard to use without injuring yourself further.

I just tried this for the first time, and yes, it burns a little bit when you put it in, but I think it is soothing the tissues after 10 or 15 minutes.I just wish I had three applicators. The product information says there will be three applicators, but I only received two, and it would be nice if the applicator had a cover on it so it stays rather clean. Preparation H has a cover on the nozzle and this one should too.Would I buy it again? The jury is still out. 💁‍♀️

Used for a week as directed and I’ve been struggling with external piles for roughly 4 years now (I’d say they are mild to moderate) and been using prep h to soothe my symptoms which had helped decently but I was hoping this would help the itch more due to the hydrocortisone. After using for 1 week my bum is beyond itchy, the piles are more prudent and painful, also more bloody than ever which is scary. But to top all that off you get addicted to applying this because the itch burns so bad if you don’t reapply every time your in the bathroom (even when your not using the toilet!) the reapplication burns so bad/good your convinced it’s working. Turns out after doing research hydrocortisone thins the skin and causes the whole situation to get worse so if you do need a product for that intolerable itch I’d recommend prep h soothing relief which is only 1% hydrocortisone and be very mindful with how often you use it but it will relive that itch on those days you just can’t stand it after a hard day of working ect .
