I am very happy with these supplements. I like that the vitamin D supplements have coconut oil in them instead of harmful seed oils like soybean oil. They aren't overly large and they are easy to swallow. I don't get any unpleasant aftertaste with them either. I also like that they are 10,000 units. I feel like this is the right strength for me.

I have degenerative disc/joint disease. When my joints cross the threshold into major pain, I know I'm low on vitamin D. Usually I go to the doctor, they draw blood, and prescribe Vitamin D. I decided to skip those steps and go right to the source myself.Within a couple of days I could tell the difference right away. My joints hurt less. It's a relief.These pills are easy to swallow. No flavor. Good quality. Simple dosage instructions. Super effective!

As far as I can tell this is the best bang for the buck when it comes to D3 supplements, at least without going to expensive dropper delivery.I love that they use coconut oil for the gel, rather than other vegetable oils.10,000 iu per gel means one bag will last longer.K2 helps your body to absorb the D3.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Been taking this for a couple years and notice a huge difference compared to before I took D3 & K2. This is one supplement I will use for the rest of my life and this will be the brand I continue to use.

I seem to have more energy when I take these. I have not had labs drawn, but these seem to be good quality and arr easy on my pocketbook, not to mention easy to swallow. The bag last much longer than my other supplements.

Love the brand with the vitamin K and the vitamin D3 together. I think that they’ve done well together and I’ve been taking them for the past few months so I think they’ve done me well they served me well so what I would buy the product again. Color good , quality good, Effective

This is a great way to get a large dose of D3 and K2 in convenient packaging. The pills are easy to swallow and there is a lot of them for the price. I haven't had a blood test since taking this brand but I think they are effective since I notice no drop off in my health.
